Piaget's Cognitive Development Theory

Jean Piaget (1896–1980) proposed the most comprehensive and influential theory of childhood cognitive development in the twentieth century. Working as a developmental epistemologist — interested in how knowledge itself develops — he conducted meticulous observations of his own three children and thousands of clinical interviews with children across Switzerland.
